Content Training

Empower your staff to create engaging and accessible content across your platform to meet your user needs.

What does a Content Training session cover?

Writing for web

We'll provide your publishing teams with an in-depth guide into creating consistent, optimised and accessible content. Your teams will feel confident in creating good content which is easy for users to read and understand.

Accessible content

To ensure your teams understand what we mean by accessible and the current legislation, we will take them through the basics of creating accessible content, including heading structure, alt and link text. We will also look at other features, such as video and how they can be made accessible.

Platform training

Creating the confidence in your platform across your user types, we'll provide content training including how to manage your site, branding and building templates. We'll also demonstrate how to make an attractive and engaging home page, and other content types such as news stories.

Accessible documents

Clarifying what we mean by accessible docs and explaining the current legislation, we'll guide you each step to create an accessible document, including heading structure so that each of your content creators are confident in producing accessible documentation.

Reading age

Having examined and evaluated each content type, looking at accessibility and reading age, we'll take your content creators through our recommendations to improve or adjust content to make it accessible and inclusive for all users.
