Discovery & Analysis

We’ll work with you to determine the shape and size of your migration. Within this initial phase we will create an inventory of your digital assets, ready for classification, ownership and mapping into Microsoft 365 solutions.

Prepare, Map & Plan

With the understanding of the entire scope, size and complexity of your digital estate we will create a strategy for migration. Our team will help you consider what needs to be removed, what can be moved and where, and what needs to be rebuilt. By engaging your stakeholders we are able to quickly classify all the digital assets and route them to their rightful locations. We’d also suggest undertaking some preparation of files and content for the move to make a smooth transition possible.

Migrate

When we have a clear picture of your contents journey from start to finish we are then ready to migrate. We’ill collaborate with each of the content owners to manage communications, content freeze periods, tool assisted migrations, manual migrations and activation of the new site, helping your teams every step of the way to make sure everything is covered.

Post Migration

You will be provided with a migration report detailing what worked, what didn’t, what we did to fix it, and where everything can be found. We will also take you through any required steps and recommendations for decommissioning your old platforms and, if you think you need it, we are happy to offer any change management and training to support your project to make sure it lands with your end users.

We understand that no migration to Microsoft 365 is the same as the last. Our migration service supports you to transfer your data and content from your existing system to SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 tools.
