Information Architecture

Engage with users to analyse and create a user-centred navigation for your platform

The Information Architecture (IA) process

Card sorting

Our facilitated session works with a selection of users to understand how they would logically group your platform elements. When all the users have agreed upon the logical grouping of the platform elements, we help them to identify the best labels for these groups.

Tree Testing

To test a existing information architecture structure tree, we invite users to navigate though the various levels of your platform, asking them to achieve specific tasks. By observing the users progress we establish elements of the structure that work and where changes could improve the user success rate.

High level IA

We'll examine your analytics, current UX and search terms, to create a robust high level IA. Using a combination of best practice and common sense approach ensures your IA reflects how your users use the site and the language they use.
