Leila has a background in governement services and specialises in GDS guided user research and accessibility with 10+ years experience.  Leila is responsible for leading the UX efforts on our projects, with her expert knowledge for accessibility and a true understanding of how to facilitate user testing session to uncover their voice.

Christmas might be on her mind all year round, but Leila’s high spirits are centred around facilitating tangible change for end users. Her enthusiasm for accessibility causes us to challenge our customers, as well as internally, to improve their platforms.
