Essex County Council required a new website for their Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) service, co-designed and built with user needs at the core. This was the first time LocalGov Drupal was used to create a SEND Local Offer website.

Essex County Council, one of the largest UK councils, needed support to meet a daunting deadline to transform its Schools’ Infolink using LocalGov Drupal, rewriting and migrating 250+ pages along the way.

Haringey Council: Delivering a highly accessible and easy-to-use digital experience with LocalGov Drupal.

The goal was to simplify content for easy access and understanding while ensuring Government Digital Service (GDS) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) compliance.

With long-term funding secured, UPD had to decide whether to improve their existing website or invest in a full redesign. Invuse delivered a UX discovery to provide the data and validated direction needed to move forward with confidence.
