Invuse

Woking, Surrey, 18 November 2024 – Invuse, an INV Group company specialising in user experience, accessibility, and content design, recently partnered with Woking Borough Council to deliver a standout session during LocalGov Drupal Week 2024. Invuse is a leading provider of website solutions for local governments using Drupal.

The session, a live video webinar, focused on how LocalGov Drupal empowers resource-constrained councils to deliver innovative digital services while saving time, energy, and money. The event exemplified the collaborative ethos of LocalGov Drupal, bringing together suppliers and councils to share best practices for improving citizen-facing digital services.

Representing Invuse were Leila Dewhurst, Customer Experience Director, and Gemma Bates, Digital Transformation Lead. They were joined by Adam Walther, Head of Transformation, Digital & Customer Services and Andrew Gresham, Digital Experience Manager at Woking Borough Council. Together, the team provided actionable insights and real-world examples of how LocalGov Drupal can drive meaningful change for councils striving to meet increasing demands with limited resources.

Woking Borough Council joins an impressive client list of more than 15 councils, including Essex County Council, London Borough of Haringey, Trafford Council, Surrey Heath Borough Council, and the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham, who have worked with Invuse to deliver significantly improved digital experiences for their citizens.

Jamie Garrett, Managing Director of Invuse commented:
“At Invuse, we are committed to ensuring digital services meet the needs of users and organisations alike. Partnering with Woking Borough Council to showcase the transformative potential of LocalGov Drupal was a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate how inclusive digital experiences can make a real difference for local communities.”
