“The project taken on by Invuse was a culmination of a great working relationship, professional insight and shared knowledge of WCAG regulations, a higher level understanding of accessibility and our responsibility towards our residents. The team at Invuse was helpful, friendly, available at any time and able to provide advice and resolutions throughout the project.”

Invuse are working with councils – including Essex, Redcar and Cleveland, Barking and Dagenham and Blackburn – helping them bring to life their digital transformation strategy, adopt a digital-first approach and connect their organisational priorities/goals with the voice of their end users.
Invuse were tasked with the re-thinking, re-design, and redevelopment of the Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council (RCBC) website. To accomplish this, LocalGov Drupal (LGD) became crucial to the success of creating a better experience to help their residents find the information they need quickly and efficiently.
Working with the teams involved has been incredible, their passion and buy-in with our vision was what made the whole journey, from procurement to delivery, completely seamless. The transparency and communication back to our team is why we have been able to launch an efficient resident-focussed platform.
Redcar & Cleveland Council
London Borough of Barking and Dagenham Council required an evaluation of their stakeholder and resident’s journeys, identifying that the user experience needed to be simplified and accessible using LocalGov Drupal (LGD).
"Invuse provided us with the insights we needed for a resident-first website. The guidance, research and the reports that were delivered have meant that we are able to make services and information easier to access so customers can get on with their lives."
Barking & Dagenham Council
Essex County Council (ECC) required a new website for their Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) service, co-designed and built with user needs at the core on LocalGov Drupal (LGD).
"Our previous SEND local offer website had multiple challenges and was difficult to navigate for the SEND families that needed it the most. Invuse have supported us to understand the needs of users and professional teams, and translate these into a modern digital service that helps people to find the right local information, whatever their circumstances. Working as a blended team enabled us to build a new service that meets usability and accessibility standards and best practice, on a collaborative open-source platform that means we can share the work we have done with other local authorities."
