Marketing Executive Role:

We’re looking for a driven Marketing Executive with a natural flair for communication, both in written and verbal form. Our ideal candidate is passionate and hard-working, and possesses the necessary attention to detail and structured approach to build and promote a brand that disrupts the digital communications market.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing strategic and creative marketing campaigns, supporting marketing strategies, planning successful events and service launches, expanding our online presence, and crafting compelling content. Working closely with our sales and delivery teams, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth and gaining market share.

Job Specification:

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Support on, and improve, our marketing strategy 

  • Develop, and execute, marketing campaigns across various channels, including website, social media, email marketing and paid advertising 

  • Analyse and report on the performance of campaigns 

  • Analyse marketing channel analytics to identify trends to be used for decision making 

  • Create content for campaigns, website and social media channels (blogs, case studies, press releases etc.)

  • Assist on maintaining and improving our website, including SEO

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis 

  • Organise, and attend, online and in-person events such as conferences and webinars

  • Record interactions with prospects on our internal CRM system

  • Support the sales team with content for tender submissions

  • Build and grow your public sector/internal communications network 

  • Build excellent working relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers and partners 

Minimum Experience Required:

  • Creative, proactive, and a keen problem solver

  • A strong team player with good communication skills 

  • Excellent written skills

  • Driven and a self-starter 

  • Organised with good time management skills

  • Good listener and empathetic with customers and stakeholders 

  • Open, flexible, and adaptable mindset and able to work in a fast-moving environment 

  • Comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences

  • Ability to question and challenge openly and professionally

  • WordPress/ Elementor

  • Canva

  • Social media platforms; LinkedIn/Twitter/Instagram/TikTok

  • Social scheduling tools

  • Google Analytics

  • Paid advertisements

  • CRM use, i.e Hubspot

  • SEO strategies and techniques

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • A Level educated, or equivalent

  • At least one year in a marketing focused role (to demonstrate capability with the roles and responsibilities listed)

Nice To Haves:

  • Graphic design experience

  • Video editing and production

  • Presentation experience

  • Experienced creating and working with brand guidelines

  • Previous experience in events, or organising events

Salary and Benefits: 

  • £25,000 – £28,000 per annum
