As part of this role, you will report to the Head of Sales and Marketing, your primary focus will be to drive sales. Your success will be measured by meeting both team and individual sales targets. You will identify key leads by nurturing new sales opportunities and building relationships.
Your role will have a keen focus on the UK Public Sector, including Local and Central Government, Health, and Education. With a deep understanding of our client’s services, you’ll align their offerings to address the unique needs of these sectors, showcasing how their solutions create efficient and accessible digital services for the UK public.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify, target and qualify prospective customers through networking, and lead generation to grow sales revenue and maintain a consistent sales pipeline utilising the CRM
Be responsible for the full sales cycle from lead opportunity to close of sale and contract
Develop strong, collaborative relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within customer organisations
Travel to meet prospects and event attendance across the UK will be expected on a regular basis
Utilise social media platforms to engage potential clients, fostering relationships and generating leads
Identify tender opportunities for our services and support the tender submission process
Conduct individual and group sales presentations to showcase our client’s offerings
Meet sales targets set
Provide feedback from the field to shape marketing and service strategies
Minimum 2 years experience in a sales role
Excellent relationship builder and networker
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
A proactive and customer-focused mindset
A fast learner and willing to hit the ground running
A confident professional with excellent communication skills
A good multitasker
Experience using a CRM
Experience working with the UK Public Sector
Experience using Hubspot
Understanding of what a Digital UX Consultancy does
Good level of technical ability
